We encourage you to share your experience, whether it was exceptional, average, or disappointing. To keep our platform helpful, respectful, and trustworthy, here are our guidelines for writing a review on Zable.

Who can leave a review?

You can leave a review if you:

  • Requested an appointment with a doctor or clinic through Zable Health.
  • Had a confirmed appointment (whether or not you attended it).
  • Tried to see a provider but were unable to (e.g., the clinic never contacted you or the appointment was cancelled).

What should I include in my review?

Your review should reflect your own personal experience. You’re welcome to include:

  • The ease or difficulty of booking an appointment
  • How quickly the clinic contacted you
  • Your experience during the visit (e.g., professionalism, bedside manner, clarity of communication)
  • Wait times, follow-up process, or anything else that stood out
  • Whether you’d recommend the provider to others

What not to include in your review

To keep Zable Health a respectful space for everyone, please avoid:

  • Personal or sensitive information — including names of staff members, diagnoses, or medical details
  • Inappropriate, offensive, or threatening language
  • Accusations or defamatory claims
  • Mentioning competitors or promoting other businesses
  • False information or reviews not based on a personal experience

If your review includes something that violates these policies, it may be edited or removed.

Are reviews anonymous?

We only display your first name and last initial (e.g., Brian M.). Clinics do not have access to your contact details through your review.
